and in-store eventsHandle enquiries (in-store and phone) professionally and efficientlyProcess POS transactions accurately (cash and EFTPOS/card)Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and careRetail & MerchandisingCreate and maintain visually engaging, showroom-ready displaysUse your styling flair to present merchandise in a fresh and compelling wayReceive, check, and replenish stockMaintain a fully stocked, clean, and inviting retail environmentSupport stocktakes and inventory controlAssist with in-store events, promotions, and HOG (Harley Owners Group) activitiesWhat You'll BringRetail or customer-facing sales experience (fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or similar preferred)A bright, confident personality with the ability to connect and sellA strong eye for styling, presentation, and merchandisingExperience with POS and inventory systems (preferred)Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindsetPersonal AttributesEnergetic, motivated, and sales-drivenReliable, punctual, and flexible (including weekends & events)A strong team player with a positive attitudePassion for retail, fashion, and the Harley-Davidson lifestyleEager to learn, grow, and build a long-term careerReady to Ride With Us?
