Quality & Compliance OfficerLocation: Goonellabah NSWEmployment Type: Full-TimeThe OpportunityWe're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality & Compliance Officer to join our team supporting a major facilities management contract across the North Coast region.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality systems, compliance, workplace safety and continuous improvement.
You'll work closely with operational teams to ensure services are delivered in line with contractual obligations, legislative requirements and industry best practice.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site inspections, quality audits and compliance reviewsMonitor service delivery against contractual requirements and key performance indicatorsInvestigate non-conformances and support corrective action planningAssist with WHS activities, risk assessments and incident investigationsMaintain accurate compliance records, registers and reportsProvide compliance advice and support to frontline teamsDeliver toolbox talks and compliance awareness initiativesSupport continuous improvement projects and quality initiativesMaintain Test & Tag compliance records and documentationBuild positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholdersAbout YouTo be successful in this role,



you will have:Experience in quality, compliance, WHS, auditing or a related disciplineStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesHigh attention to detail and analytical capabilityExperience preparing reports and maintaining compliance documentationIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsA current Australian Driver LicenceThe ability to work independently across multiple sites and prioritiesDesirable Qualifications & ExperienceElectrical Test & Tag Certification (AS/NZS ****)Internal Auditor qualifications (ISO ****, ISO ***** and/or ISO *****)First Aid CertificateExperience within facilities management, asset management or multi-site service environmentsWhat's on Offer?
