This is an opportunity to lead impactful paid media, social media, CRM and loyalty initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention across one of Australia's most recognised brands.Working within our collaborative Group Marketing team and reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping customer communications, optimising campaign performance and driving continuous improvement across Stratco's digital marketing ecosystem.Your mandateYou'll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital marketing initiatives that deliver real commercial outcomes, including:Managing agency partners to deliver paid digital campaigns across search, social and emerging channelsDeveloping and executing social media strategy that grows brand engagement and customer reachLeading e-mail, SMS and marketing automation activities that improve customer acquisition, retention and loyaltyDesigning and optimising customer journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider and related platformsDriving loyalty program engagement and helping customers maximise the value of Stratco's offeringsLeading Stratco's digital marketing intern program and supporting capability development within the broader teamEvaluating emerging technologies, AI tools and digital marketing innovations that enhance performance and customer experienceWhat you'll bringIf you're a passionate, energetic digital marketer who enjoys combining creativity, strategy and data-driven decision making, we want to hear from you!
Ideally, your experience and attributes will include:3 + years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM or customer lifecycle marketingStrong knowledge of paid search, social media,



SEO and content strategyExperience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider or similarExperience using G4A, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and reporting toolsConfidence managing agency relationships and collaborating with cross functional stakeholdersBonus points forExperience with loyalty programs, customer retention or lifecycle marketingExperience within retail, manufacturing, or home improvement industriesRelevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications or BusinessWhy Stratco?
