We're excited to offer a standout opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join OC Real Estate as an Assistant Property Manager, based in our Lonsdale office.If you've recently completed your property management qualifications or are currently working in property management and are looking for the right setting to learn, grow and build a long‐term career in real estate, this role offers hands‐on experience and a supportive team that backs your development through mentorship and training.As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a vital support role within our high‐performing Property Management team.Key Responsibilities IncludeConduct ingoing and routine inspections, producing clear, detailed reports that give landlords confidence their investment is in good handsSupport Property Managers through final inspections at the end of each tenancyDraft breach notices and legal forms, building practical expertise in the Residential Tenancies Act **** (SA)Be the responsive, professional voice tenants rely on by phone and emailMake every move‐in seamless, with tenant packs prepared and keys cut on timePrepare end‐of‐file documentation when managements conclude, keeping records accurate and compliantAbout YouA current Property Management license (essential)A current drivers' license and reliable vehicle (essential)Previous experience in a customer serviced based role (desirable)A genuine interest in building a career in property managementOutstanding presentation and communication skillsExceptional attention to detail,
