Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology functions, you'll help define requirements, improve processes and support solutions through the full delivery lifecycle.
This would suit a mid-level BA looking to broaden their exposure across regulatory, operational and technology-led transformation.Key Responsibilities IncludeGather, analyse and document business and functional requirementsDevelop user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and supporting documentationFacilitate requirements workshops with business and technology stakeholdersSupport regulatory, compliance, onboarding and transformation initiativesAnalyse current-state processes and help define future-state solutionsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencyWork closely with project teams through design, testing,



UAT and implementationManage requirements and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycleAbout YouWe're interested in speaking with professionals who have:3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial servicesStrong requirements gathering and process mapping experienceExperience developing user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed business documentationStrong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skillsExperience supporting projects through testing, UAT and implementationExposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environmentsStrong analytical, communication and problem-solving skillsThe ability to work across multiple projects and competing prioritiesHighly RegardedWealth Management, Private Banking or Investment Management experienceExposure to financial products, investment platforms or advisory environmentsRegulatory and compliance transformationDigital onboarding or client lifecycle projectsData, reporting or insights-related initiativesProcess improvement or operational transformationExperience with Avaloq or similar wealth management platformsInterested?
