Accounts Receivable Officer | 12-Month Contract
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a busy finance team on a 12-month contract commencing in early December.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment and takes pride in resolving complex reconciliations and account queries.
You'll play a key role in managing customer accounts across multiple sales channels while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure outstanding account accuracy and service.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complex account reconciliations across B2C and D2C channels
Daily bank reconciliations and transaction matching
Manage payment allocations and resolve account discrepancies
End-to-end collections and debtor management
Investigate and resolve customer account issues
Maintain accurate customer account records
Work closely with internal teams to support business operations
Identify process improvements and efficiencies where appropriate
About You
3+ years' experience in an Accounts Receivable position
Strong reconciliation experience within a high-volume environment
Previous FMCG,



retail or consumer products experience is essential
Experience managing collections and customer accounts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Able to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
Positive, energetic and proactive approach
