What you will do?
Lead and supervise a team to deliver outstanding service
Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve operational goals
Uphold compliance with Hungry Jacks' operational and safety standards
Ensure adherence to company policies, including Food Safety and WHS requirements
Manage inventory and stock control, assisting in efficient day-to-day operations
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving guest issues professionally
More about you
Leadership experience in fast food, QSR or high-volume hospitality
A passion for hospitality,



with a customer-focused and self-motivated attitude
The ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure setting
Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture
Food Safety Certificate
A desire to be part of the founding team launching a brand-new Hungry Jack's
Familiarity with Hungry Jacks' cultural pillars
Flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day rotating roster, evening and/or overnight shifts
