About You
Atleast 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, retail, hospitality, travel, healthcare, banking, administration, or contact centres
A professional and engaging communication style
Passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional service
Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
Comfortable learning recent systems and processes
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
