Your duties will include:Your Main DutiesSupport leaders across the entire employee life cycle using company policies and frameworks.Lead core HR activities including performance, remuneration, talent reviews, and workforce planning.Provide constructive advice on workplace relations, grievances, disciplinary processes, and performance issues.Assist with enterprise agreement negotiations, industrial relations strategies, and workforce communications.Deliver accurate reporting on headcount, compliance, metrics,
