Working alongside consultants and a solution architect, you will play a key role in uncovering what a client's business actually needs, and then build the software that solves it, with AI at the centre where it earns its place.
Unlike a typical developer job, you will be involved from the start rather than receiving requirements as assigned tasks, and you will grow well beyond writing code.
You will bring the technical view of what is possible, what AI can genuinely do for the problem and where conventional engineering is the better answer.
You will turn that understanding into working software quickly, prototyping with large language models, retrieval, agents and automation, then building it out with full stack development through to deployment and support.
You will own what you build end to end, your ideas will shape the solution, and your work will be in production with real users.
