Oryx People Automotive seeks a Fixed Operations Manager to establish and lead the Service, Parts and PD departments for a multi-site dealership.
You will relocate the existing workshop, build a small team, and drive service performance from launch through growth.You will recruit and develop technicians, manage daily operations, monitor KPIs, oversee warranties, and maintain high service standards with a robust focus on safety and process improvement.
