This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.The Senior PMO Manager leads the PMO capability for the Mercer Super Change & Transformation Group.
In this role, you will establish and continuously improve the standards, frameworks, tools, governance, reporting, controls and operating rhythms that support reliable delivery across the portfolio.
You will combine delivery enablement with operational leadership to give the business and portfolio team a trusted view of progress, risks, dependencies, capacity, financials, benefits and decisions.We will count on you to:Set the PMO service model, priorities, ways of working and allocation of work across the PMO teamCoach and develop PMO analysts, with explicit ownership, quality expectations and escalation pathsMaintain portfolio governance forums, decision rights, escalation paths, stage gates and minimum information requirementsOwn portfolio reporting and insights, including RAG status, milestones, spend, benefits, risks, issues and dependenciesEstablish consistent approaches to integrated planning, milestone tracking, critical path visibility, baseline management and change controlPartner with delivery leaders and stakeholders to improve reporting quality, assurance, risk in change practices and continuous improvement across the portfolioWhat you need to have:Demonstrated experience in PMO,
