shifting your focus from preparing work to reviewing it.Review financial statements and tax returns prepared by Seniors and IntermediatesCoach and develop junior team members through regular feedbackPlan workloads and keep client deliverables on track across lodgement deadlinesHandle technical queries and complex client matters before they reach the ManagerBuild relationships with clients and act as a day to day contactContribute to tax planning conversations and improvements to team processesTHE INDIVIDUAL:CA or CPA qualified, or currently working towards itSolid public practice experience, ideally at Senior Accountant level or aboveStrong technical knowledge across tax compliance and financial reporting for a range of entitiesSome experience guiding or reviewing the work of others, or a genuine appetite to learnClear, confident communicator who is comfortable giving feedbackOrganised, with the ability to juggle priorities and deadlinesPlease note you must be an Australian citizen (or permanent resident), a New Zealand citizen or hold a current Australian Work Visa to apply.
