train and effectively engage Grading Team of 7 membersMonitor and ensure performance standardsMaintain positive workplace cultureEgg Quality & Operational EfficiencyEnsure high operating procedures and standardsMonitor egg quality and provide feedback to farmsEnsure the right data is collected, displayed and usedEnsure product and operating compliance with policies and procedures.Manage daily order fulfilment to meet deadlines and delivery schedulesMachine Operations & MaintenanceMaintenance of grading machine and equipmentLiaison with contractors to ensure quality and cost effective repairs and equipment performanceTrouble shooting and testing to identify breakdown problemsPackaging and ConsumablesManage inventory from suppliers of packaging and associated production inventory goodsQualifications & Past ExperienceValid working rights in AustraliaPrevious experience in a food processing facilityManagement or team leadership experience
