This role is perfect for a solution-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and takes pride in delivering great outcomes for clients.About the RoleAs our Site Coordinator, you'll be the key link between our clients, site teams, and trades.
You'll oversee the coordination and scheduling of site activities to ensure each project runs efficiently from delivery to installation.Your responsibilities will include:Scheduling and coordinating trade contractors for site worksLiaising with clients to provide updates and ensure smooth communication under the contract and throughout the buildCalculating site quantities and preparing site trade notes & job filesProviding coordination and support for the site supervisorsPreparing feedback and job progress reportsOrganising and booking pier installations and related site preparationSupporting the delivery and installation of manufactured homes on client sitesManaging after-sales service and building maintenance coordinationAbout YouYou're a proactive, organised person who can balance multiple priorities with ease.
