you will ideally bring:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.Significant experience within electrical engineering, power systems, critical power, energy or a related technical environment.Solid knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles.Leading from the front management style.A hands-on leadership style with the ability to develop and mentor engineers.Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.Experience across areas such as HV/MV systems, DC power, SCADA, critical power or electrical infrastructure would be particularly relevant.
