Role Requirements:4+ years of Senior leadership experience in a Residential Aged Care or a similarly complex care settingAHPRA Registration desirable but not always essentialSolid knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and aged care regulationStrong financial and operational skills, with experience managing budgets and meeting KPIsA warm, visible leadership style, with excellent stakeholder management capabilityFull Australian working rights (unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for these roles)
