A leading NSW Government organisation delivering essential services across the state is seeking an experienced Claims Advisor with strong Workers' Compensation experience to join their team on a contract basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within a respected government workplace.
The role offers a work-from-home arrangement, with the office conveniently located in Burwood close to public transport.
Immediate start available through to 20 November ****, with potential extension opportunities.During this Workers' Compensation Claims contract, your responsibilities will include:Manage Workers' Compensation claims in line with NSW legislation, SIRA and iCare requirementsProvide best practice case management and sound claims advice to support effective outcomesManage stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality customer serviceAssess,



resolve and respond to claims enquiries in a timely mannerCollaborate within the Injury and Claims Management team to support continuous improvement and efficient claims managementTo be successful for this contract, you must have experience with the following:Minimum 2 years' experience managing end-to-end Workers' Compensation claims, ideally within a self-insurance environmentDemonstrated Workers' Compensation and injury management experience in large, complex organisationsSIMS experience highly regardedStrong attention to detail with excellent organisational skillsEffective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage key stakeholders
