A growing company that supports employee's development.THE ROLEPerform fault diagnosis, maintain and repair associated drill rigsDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issuesConduct regular inspections to identify and prevent potential problemsCollaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize repairs to minimize downtimeMaintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activitiesAssist with the installation and commissioning of new drilling equipmentAdhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times to promote a secure working environmentWHAT DO I NEEDCurrent "C" Class Manual Western Australian driver's licenceValid and relevant trade qualifications, certificates, and licences4+ years experience in a Drill Fitter role within underground miningExperience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desired)A can-do, team-oriented attitudeDesire to maintain a proactive protected working environmentReasonable computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suiteSolid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and be adaptableExcellent communication skillsA can-do,
