Optimum Health Solutions is seeking an exceptional National Head of Clinical Development - Speech Pathology to drive clinical excellence, professional development, and best-practice service delivery across our growing organisation.This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership, clinician development, clinical governance, and innovation while maintaining a small clinical caseload to stay connected to client outcomes.With more than 20 years of Allied Health excellence, 14 clinics across NSW and Tasmania, and a team of more than 200 professionals, Optimum Health Solutions continues to invest heavily in clinical capability, leadership development, and evidence-based care.About the RoleAs National Head of Clinical Development - Speech Pathology, you will lead the growth and development of our Speech Pathology workforce while influencing clinical standards across the organisation.You will:Develop and execute a national clinical development strategy for Speech PathologyLead and expand professional development initiatives through the Allied Health Warrior CPD ProgramDesign and deliver structured learning pathways, workshops and advanced training programsProvide mentorship, supervision and leadership to Speech Pathologists across multiple locationsDrive clinical governance, quality improvement and evidence-based practiceSupport strong clinical outcomes within an NDIS and billable service environmentPartner with operational leaders to optimise service quality, utilisation and clinician performanceContribute to innovation,



research-informed practice and service developmentMaintain a clinical caseload of approximately 3.5 days per weekAbout YouYou are a passionate Speech Pathology leader who enjoys developing clinicians, influencing clinical standards and driving meaningful change.You will bring:8+ years' experience as a Speech PathologistDemonstrated leadership experience within Allied Health, Disability, Community Health or NDIS servicesStrong understanding of clinical utilisation, KPIs and billable service delivery modelsAdvanced clinical expertise across communication, swallowing and complex presentationsExperience designing and delivering professional development programsStrong mentoring, supervision and coaching capabilityExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience driving clinical governance, quality and continuous improvement initiativesAbility to influence and lead change across a geographically dispersed workforceWhy Join Optimum Health Solutions?
