They need someone who enjoys getting amongst the business, building relationships and helping leaders work through the people challenges that come with a growing and evolving organisation.You'll partner across a portfolio that includes professional, design, product, finance and leadership teams.
Some leaders will need a quick sense-check or reassurance.
Others will benefit from more hands-on coaching as they build their confidence and capability.This is a role where you can genuinely influence how leaders lead.
You'll provide the coaching, guidance and practical support that helps them build confidence, handle challenges and get the best from their people.What you'll be doingBuilding trusted relationships with senior leaders and their leadership teamsCoaching managers through performance, ER and challenging conversationsHelping leaders prepare for conversations, understand the "why" and develop their own capability rather than simply handing issues to HRSupporting change initiatives and potential restructures over the coming 6 to 12 monthsDeveloping transparent,



practical change plans and supporting implementationGuiding workforce planning and organisational design discussionsDriving leadership development and capability upliftSupporting recruitment where neededCreating a proactive cadence with leaders so HR can get ahead of issues rather than continually react to themHelping leaders work out where work and responsibilities should sitMoving comfortably between day-to-day matters and bigger organisational prioritiesAbout youYou know what good business partnering looks like.
