build strong relationships with trades and consultants, and have the tough conversations when needed to keep things moving.The CompanyThis established Brisbane builder has built a strong reputation in industrial construction, delivering projects valued between $5M and $90M.With a team of 45 across its building and civil operations, the business typically has four to six projects underway at any given time.Led by down-to-earth, growth-focused Directors, they're continuing to build on their industrial experience while expanding into education and social housing projects.What You'll Be DoingTake ownership of site delivery from start to finishDrive programme and coordinate subbiesManage day-to-day site safety, quality and complianceWork closely with the PM, consultants and suppliersBuild strong trade relationships and maintain accountability on siteWhat You'll BringMinimum 5 years' experience as a Site ManagerProven delivery of commercial current builds valued $10M+
