From humble beginnings, we have built a strong and passionate team that supports us in the planning for future development.The RoleThe Dealer Development Manager is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and improving the performance of Snowy River Caravans Independent Dealer network.
This role focuses on ensuring that Dealers meet sales targets, maintain high customer service standards, and align with the company's overall business objectives.
Their main goal is to build strong relationships with existing Dealers, identify new Dealer opportunities, and ensure the Dealers represent the brand effectively.You Will Need To DemonstrateProven experience in dealer development, network management, automotive, caravans, recreational vehicles or a related industryStrong understanding of sales performance, profitability,



business planning and achieving commercial targetsDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships with Dealer Principals and key stakeholders to drive business outcomesProven success in improving dealership performance, identifying growth opportunities and expanding market presenceAbility to mentor, influence and support dealership teams to improve sales capability and operational performanceStrong ability to interpret sales data, KPIs, market trends and inventory performance to identify improvement opportunitiesExcellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive, customer-focused approachWillingness to travel regularly to dealerships, industry events and caravan shows while representing the Snowy River brand professionallyYou Will GetScheduled RDO programEmployee Assistance Program (Sonda)Bi-Monthly BBQ, Employee of the Month AwardsSupportive team environmentDiverse and friendly working environment where you will be treated with dignity, courtesy and respectFree on-site parkingThe above position is open only to applicants who have a current right to work in Australia.
