You'll take ownership of our social media and organic growth strategy, working directly with the Paid Media Team to grow our audience, strengthen our brand and drive an audience into enrolments.
This role goes beyond planning content and maintaining a posting schedule.
We want someone who understands why content performs, what makes audiences engage and how to build an organic social media presence that contributes to business growth.Key responsibilitiesOwn, develop and iterate our organic social media strategy, with Instagram as the primary focusIdentify opportunities to grow our audience, reach new communities and strengthen brand awarenessPlan, capture, edit and produce engaging short-form video, Reels, Stories, graphics, UGC and other social contentStay across emerging trends, platform developments and changes in audience behaviourDevelop strong hooks, storytelling approaches and creative concepts that encourage people to watch, save, share and engageWork with our company leaders, educators, students and studio partnersDevelop and test lead magnets, content funnels, collaborations and other ways to turn audience attention into enquiriesWork alongside our CMO on creative concepts, content production and testing opportunitiesMonitor performance, identify what's working and bring forward practical ideas to improve reach,



engagement and conversionsMaintain a strong visual identity while continuing to explore and evolve our creative directionAbout youAt least five years' hands-on experience managing social media accounts and developing contentDemonstrated experience growing Instagram accounts through organic strategiesA strong creative eye and practical skills in filming, video editing and visual storytellingA good understanding of content psychology, audience retention and Instagram growthAn understanding of lead generation, funnels, lead magnets and how social media contributes to commercial growthConfidence identifying trends and translating them into original, relevant contentThe ability to manage content production and stay organised across multiple projects and course datesSomeone who brings ideas, takes initiative and can see them through to executionClear communication, curiosity and a willingness to grow with the businessAbout usIn Balance Education is a Global Pilates Education company training Mat and Reformer instructors across Australia, New Zealand, Bali and Europe.
