With 10 doctors, GP registrars in training and an expanding skin and aesthetics service, we need a Practice Manager to lead the next stage of growth.Key responsibilitiesLead the reception and nursing team: rostering, onboarding, performance and cultureRun day-to-day operations: patient flow, doctor sessions, appointments and phonesSupport GPs and registrars: schedules, onboarding, supervision logistics and training requirementsGrow the skin and aesthetics service: bookings, procedure rooms, stock, pricing and promotionDrive billing performance: MBS compliance, care plans, health assessments, recallsMaintain accreditation, policies, infection control and WHSUse and champion AI and digital tools to streamline admin and reportingWork closely with the Group COO, other practice managers,



internal accountants and central teams across GMGAbout youExperience managing or co-ordinating in Australian general practiceComfortable working in a large, multi-site team, sharing staff, systems and ideas across GMGConfident with technology and keen to use AI in everyday practice operationsSolid MBS knowledge and comfortable working with billing dataA calm, direct people leader who solves problems earlyExperience with registrars/training practices, skin or aesthetics, and accreditation highly regardedAbout usGoing Medical Group is a GP-owned, GP-led group of practices across Toowoomba and Warwick, with 60+ clinician and 120+ staff working as one connected team.
