You will oversee workflow, oversight, incident and breach management, and drive AI-enabled improvements across Home and Motor Insurance.You will align with Risk, Claims and Distribution to strengthen reporting and decision-making.
You will influence process controls, governance and customer outcomes while building capability and ensuring consistent decision-making across the team.
