Key Mortgage Brokers (KMB) is looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our growing team.KMB was established to provide mortgage broking services to customers of our existing asset finance business.
This gives you the opportunity to work with a strong pipeline of existing customer referrals while building long-term client relationships.
You'll be supported with a regular pipeline of quality leads, CRM support and an established business behind you, while having the autonomy to manage your clients from initial enquiry through to settlement and beyond.Why work with us?

long-term relationships with clientsUnderstand each client's financial position and lending requirementsResearch and recommend suitable mortgage solutionsPrepare and submit loan applicationsLiaise with lenders, solicitors and other parties throughout the application processKeep clients informed throughout their loan journeyConduct post-settlement follow-ups and maintain ongoing client relationshipsProvide ongoing support on mortgage-related mattersIdentify appropriate opportunities to assist clients with other financial products and servicesAbout youWe're looking for an experienced broker who is comfortable managing their own clients and workload while being part of a supportive team:Strong knowledge of mortgage lending and lender productsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong time management and organisational skillsA proactive, client-focused approachThe ability to work independently and manage multiple applicationsExperience working with self-employed clients and SMSF lendingA solid track record of converting enquiries into settled loansExperience in private lendingEssential qualifications and experienceCertificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, or Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking ManagementMinimum 2 years' experience in the mortgage industry, with previous mortgage broking experienceExperience with Mercury/Nexus or a similar CRM/aggregation platform
