You will oversee Onroad Assessing, Desktop Assessing, and Repair Relationship Consultant teams to deliver growth, maintain controls, and ensure high-quality service across the home value chain.The role requires a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership and 5+ years in Home Assessing/Repair environments, with robust commercial acumen and stakeholder negotiation
