and mentoring junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of business clientsReviewing statutory accounts and financial reporting assignmentsPreparing and reviewing consolidated accountsDelivering business advisory services and commercial insightsLeading, mentoring and developing junior team membersManaging workflow, budgets and deadlinesBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsIdentifying opportunities to provide additional services and supportContributing to business development and growth initiativesAbout YouACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, or be qualified by experienceStrong experience within an accountancy practice environmentExcellent accounts preparation and review experienceExperience managing client relationships and portfoliosPrevious team leadership or supervisory experienceA commercial, proactive and client-focused approachStrong communication and organisational skillsWhy Apply?
