This role is based in our modern head office in Adelaide.Key responsibilities include:Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Business Development Team.Prepare and distribute sales materials, presentations,



and documentation.Manage the trade inbox and coordinate timely responses to enquiries.Coordinate trade and consumer event administration and logistics.Represent Journey Beyond at events, familiarisations, and industry functions.Liaise with internal teams to support sales initiatives.Develop and distribute campaign advice, trade resources, and promotional updates.Prepare and maintain accurate nett and gross rate sheets.Maintain accurate records of campaigns, communications, and sales support materials.Support team reporting and provide fortnightly workload updates to the General Manager, National Sales.About YouThe ideal candidate will be self-motivated and passionate about sales with a demonstrated growth mindset and proven ability to prioritize competing tasks with ease.Your high-energy and exceptional interpersonal skills will be vital to your success, demonstrated through your innate talent for cultivating strong working relationships with trade partnersYou will also have:Be highly self-motivated, with excellent energy and a natural ability to build relationshipsHave experience using CRM and content management systemsKnowledge of trade distribution channels and travel industry sales practices.Be ableto work within a high performing team as well as being able to work autonomouslyHave high attention to detail and excellent standard of deliveryPossess excellent problem solvingDemonstrate excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWe are looking for someone who has chosen a career in travel and possess relevant experience in the industry.
A tertiary qualification in tourism or related field will be highly regarded.Additionally, this is the tourism industry so your willingness to travel across the breathtaking landscapes of Australia will be invaluable.
