We're looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to provide hands‐on support to our sales team, helping coordinate projects, manage quotes and pricing, qualify sales leads and deliver a great experience for our customers.This is a wide-ranging role where you'll work closely with our Business Development and Account Management teams, supporting everything from lead generation and quoting through to product sampling, stock coordination and large commercial projects.THE ROLE...Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you'll play an important part in keeping our sales operations organised, accurate and moving forward.Day to day, you'll:Identify and qualify new sales leads before handing them across to BDMsSupport commercial and townhouse projects, including scheduling and project date managementPrepare quotes, review specifications and coordinate project samplingAssist BDMs and Account Managers with pricing, measures and smaller project quotesManage sales opportunities and information through PipedriveCoordinate stock checks, purchase orders, product availability and shortagesSupport Large Order Form (LOF)
