You will be expected to process and manage outbound marketing activity to existing customers and identify and responding to their needs, using exceptional customer service and communication skills.




You will also be expected to upsell retention products through the use of professional sales techniques and to ensure the best experience for the customer.This role is hybrid; based at our Salisbury office 3 days per week and from home 2 days per week.About youYou will have exceptional customer service and communication skills and have previous experience in a customer focused environment, preferably within a high-end brand.
You will have a confident telephone manner and be able to work as part of a team and priorities workload.
