Churches of Christ,Residential Aged Care–Toowoomba, QLDCasual roleAbout the Role:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Aged Care Facility in Toowoomba, Queensland on a casual role basis.In this role, you will deliver safe, high‐quality, person‐centred care while providing clinical guidance and support to care staff.
You will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards and contributing to a positive and respectful team setting.Key responsibilities include:Medication administration and clinical documentationConducting baseline and focused clinical assessmentsReviewing and updating care plansWound care managementSupporting and leading care staff on shiftLiaising with residents, families and staffEnsuring compliance with aged care standards and policiesAbout YouAre you somebody who is passionate about delivering quality Aged Care services to the local community?
