For more information, visit THE ROLE:As part of the Tony White Group, Coffs Harbour Toyota is a well-established dealership located in the beautiful coastal region of Coffs Harbour, NSW.We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our friendly and supportive team at Coffs Harbour Toyota.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for the automotive industry to develop their skills, grow their career and become part of one of Australia's largest privately owned automotive dealership groups.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Accurately identify and interpret automotive parts and accessories for retail, trade and internal customersPrepare quotes, process orders and manage parts enquiries efficientlyBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliersReceive, inspect, unpack and organise incoming stockProcess invoices and coordinate customer orders and deliveriesMaintain accurate stock records and inventory control proceduresUse electronic parts catalogues and dealership systems to identify and source partsAssist with warehousing duties and general parts department operationsProvide exceptional customer service and professional adviceMaintain a clean,
