so you can enjoy Christmas before beginningKey ResponsibilitiesFull-cycle accounts payable: invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, employee expenses, and weekly and month-end payment runsMonth-end reconciliations and journals (general ledger and credit cards)Support with BAS, PAYG and other compliance reportingBack-up payroll support, including entitlements, super, Incolink and Co-invest (training provided)Support financial controls and audits, and liaise with internal and external stakeholdersKey RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience in a similar role and a demonstrated stable work historyConstruction industry experience preferred, but other industries will be consideredExperience with accounting systems (familiarity with Jobpac is a bonus)Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyStrong team player with a positive can-do attitudePro-active approach and a natural problem solverStrong communication skills both written and verbal
