Here you'll help account holders, construction teams, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need for all their construction projects.What can you expect?
Answering of telephone enquiries from customersProcess customers requests for delivery / release of orders for next day dispatchDeliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical informationLiaising with suppliers for pricing and product availabilityLogging of After Sales requests and associated follow-upEnsure stock levels are maintained in line with Onsite stock management system and proceduresEmbracing the Reece values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team memberProcessing and exporting mining ordersProject ManagingSkills and ExperiencePeople skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff,
