Due to continued growth, we are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Female Support Workers to join our team in Wodonga, Victoria to Support Female Participants.The RoleUsing a person-centred and active support approach, the Disability Support Worker will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality supports to people living with disability.You will be required to work in line with each participant's plans,



including:Individual Support PlanHealth Care PlanMedication PlanMeal PlanManual Handling PlanKey responsibilities include:Maintain and monitor client support plansDeliver supports in a client-focused and person-centred mannerBuild qualified and positive relationships with participants, families and stakeholdersWork within the established rhythm of service for the houseFulfil all compliance and mandatory training requirementsWork across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and active night shifts (essential)Skills & Essential RequirementsMinimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or equivalentNDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking with Children Check (WWCC)Current First Aid & CPR CertificateCurrent Manual Handling CertificateCurrent Assist with Medication CertificateDriver's licence and reliable vehicleValid working rights in AustraliaBenefitsSupportive, inclusive and team-oriented work environmentCareer progression opportunities in a growing organisation
