We believe positive care starts with genuine relationships built on trust and respect, and with people who care about making a positive difference in someone's everyday life.About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Disability Support Worker to support one of our clients in Blackheath.You'll bring your experience and knowledge in Acquired Brain Injuries, schizophrenia & supporting Monday to Friday.In this role, you'll need to be assertive and calm under pressure,



while also being encouraging and understanding.
A strong listener who is able to prompt and promote independence and engagement, you'll be a key part of helping them live an independent and fulfilling life.No two days are the same!
