You'll gain hand-on experience across inventory, allocations, reporting and merchandise planning while building valuable skills for a long-term career in the retail industry.What you'll be doingWorking closely with the Planner and wider Merchandise team, you'll support the day-to-day planning and allocation needs of the business.
You'll help ensure our inventory is accurate, reporting is reliable and products are effectively allocated across our store network.In this role, you'll:Support inventory and allocations across our stores and Distribution CentresAssist with order management, replenishment and new product rangesMonitor priority purchase orders and deliveries into storesComplete regular reporting and analysisIdentify opportunities and recommend appropriate actionsSupport assortment and inventory planning through accurate analysisComplete data checks and audits to maintain a high level of accuracyAssist with problem-solving and administrative requirementsContribute to improvement projects across Planning and MerchandiseCollaborate with the Merchandise team to coordinate weekly prioritiesWhat we're looking forYou may be an experienced retail team member looking to move into merchandise planning, or you may already have some office,



administration, inventory or analytical experience.
A background in planning is not essential.
More than anything, we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and ready to take on a new challenge.You'll bring:Solid numerical and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyA proactive, flexible and positive approachThe ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks throughStrong problem-solving skills and a curious mindsetClear written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs and formulasAn enthusiasm for retail and an interest in merchandise planningPrevious retail or office experience would be beneficial, but it isn't essential.
