We're looking for someone with basic kitchen knowledge, good organisational skills and a positive attitude who is eager to learn.You'll work alongside experienced kitchen staff who will provide hands-on training, guidance and supervision.What you'll be doingAssisting with the production of fresh pasta, gelato and dessertsWeighing, measuring and preparing ingredientsFollowing recipes and production instructionsMaintaining quality and consistencyKeeping workstations clean and organisedFollowing food safety and hygiene proceduresAssisting with stock rotation,



packaging and general kitchen dutiesSupporting the team across different production sectionsWhat we're looking forSome experience in a commercial kitchen or food production environment preferredBasic understanding of food hygiene and protected food handlingGood organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and work efficientlyReliable, punctual and a team playerWillingness to learn and work across different production areasMUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTNo experience making fresh pasta, gelato or desserts?
