Bankstown Sports is one of Sydney's leading hospitality and entertainment groups, offering a diverse range of dining, events and entertainment experiences.Our Events & Functions team delivers everything from corporate events and celebrations to large-scale functions, and we're looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Hands to join the team behind the scenes.With multiple casual positions available, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, gain hands‐on hospitality experience and grow your career with Bankstown Sports.About the RoleAs a Kitchen Hand within our Events & Functions team, you'll play an important part in keeping our kitchens running smoothly and supporting our chefs during busy functions and events.Your day-to-day will include:Keeping kitchen and working areas clean, organised and ready for serviceWashing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipmentAssisting chefs with basic food and meal preparationPacking orders and assisting with product labellingOperating packaging equipment as requiredEnsuring equipment is cleaned and maintainedWorking closely with chefs and the wider kitchen teamSupporting the team before, during and after events and functionsAbout YouYou don't need to have years of experience.
