enjoy being part of a team and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.The opportunityYou'll work alongside our kitchen team to prepare and deliver quality dishes while maintaining the standards our members and guests expect.Responsibilities include food preparation and cooking, presentation, food safety and hygiene, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, supporting smooth service and assisting across the kitchen when required.About youYou'll ideally bring:Previous Chef or Cook experienceA genuine passion for food and hospitalityStrong food safety and hygiene knowledgeThe ability to work effectively during busy service periodsA positive, team-focused approachGood communication skillsFlexibility across weekends, public holidays and varying shiftsFormal culinary qualifications are preferred but not essential for all roles.Why Mollymook Golf Club?
