About the RoleYou will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our store.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.Assist customers with garment alterations, dry cleaning, and clothing care enquiries.Accurately enter customer orders and manage transactions using our store software.Inspect and tag garments, ensuring customer details and special instructions are recorded correctly.Coordinate with tailors and dry cleaning staff to ensure orders are completed on time.Handle customer enquiries, resolve concerns professionally, and follow up when required.Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an excellent customer experience.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner.Very good English communication skills, both spoken and written.A basic understanding of sewing,
