Accuracy matters, but so does pace.

pack and prepare orders accurately and at paceGrind and package coffee to our quality and freshness standardsKeep up with high-volume order periodsFood Safety & HygieneFollow food safety and handling procedures in line with HACCP requirementsMaintain cleanliness of the warehouse and packing areasComplete cleaning and general housekeeping dutiesWarehouse & StockReceive and store stock from suppliersCarry out general warehouse organisation and stock managementUse the walkie stacker and pallet jack to move stock safelyMaintain OH&S; standards across the warehouseTeam & CultureWork collaboratively with the production and dispatch teamCommunicate clearly with supervisors and colleaguesContribute to a positive, hardworking team environmentWhat's In It For YouImmediate start with regular hours on a casual basisA fun, fast-moving team at one of Melbourne's most loved coffee roastersStandout performers will be considered for an ongoing role once peak season wrapsYou will be successful in this role if you:Have previous warehouse, pick/pack, fulfilment or food handling experienceCan lift up to 20kg unassistedAre comfortable on your feet for full 8 hour shiftsAre punctual and reliable, every shift, no exceptionsWork well under pressure and keep pace during high-volume periodsHave robust attention to detail, even when moving quicklyWork well as part of a teamAre available through to February, with flexibility across shift timesPlease note: Applicants must have full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
