$***** per hourFull-time hours - 38 hours per weekMonday to Friday7:00am-3:06pmCoburg locationWork within an established gourmet food warehouseVaried customer service and administration roleSupportive team environmentOpportunity to build experience across customer service, logistics and dispatch operationsYour duties will include:Processing customer orders accurately and efficientlyCoordinating orders with the warehouse for picking and preparationPreparing and scheduling orders for next-day dispatchManaging transport timeslot bookings and following up with carriersResponding to customer enquiries via phone and emailLiaising with customers, transport providers, warehouse and dispatch teamsProviding face-to-face assistance to transport drivers and customersPreparing delivery dockets and CHEP documentationMaintaining order tracking spreadsheets and accurate recordsFiling and managing delivery and CHEP documentationProviding reception relief,
