Customer Service Agent - 6 month FTC - Work remote most of the week!

We are partnered with an innovative organisation who is on the lookout for their next Customer Service Advisor to join its warm and collaborative team.This role is initially on a 6 month FTC basis, with strong flexibility to work from home.
Please note that shifts will range across the week and also the weekend, and we are looking for someone who can be flexible each week with working during these time frames.Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and emailInvestigating and resolving customer issues and complaintsProviding accurate information and support to customers and business partnersMaintaining customer records and case notes within ticketing systemsContributing to knowledge-sharing and process improvement initiativesWorking collaboratively within a team-focused contact centre environmentTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Previous contact centre experience handling inbound calls and email enquiriesExperience using ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk,



ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similarExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer serviceThe ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesResilience and confidence in handling complex enquiries and customer complaintsA genuine passion for delivering positive customer outcomesOther details:Work from home every day except every second Friday, when all team members are in the North Sydney office for collaborationDedicated home office setup required, including reliable internet connection6 month FTC, working up to 38 hours each weekMust be available to work shifts during the week and also weekend (For example, some weeks you might work more during the week, other weeks will be more over the weekend. This is a 7 day rotating roster that all team members work to).
