As Supervising Cafe All Rounder/Barista at Broadbeach Surf Lifesaving Club Inc., you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant, beachside kiosk cafe environment.
This part-time permanent role is up to 30 hours per week, no less than 25 if negotiated and is based in Broadbeach, QLD ****.What you'll be doingPreparing and serving a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinksAssisting with food preparation and service, ensuring all items are presented to the highest standardProviding exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customersMaintaining a clean and well-organised work environment and adhering to all health and safety standards, including knowledge of local Gold Coast food licensing requirements, safe food handling practices, and compliance with relevant council regulations.Restocking,



ordering and inventory management of cafe suppliesSupervise and training all kiosk staffInvoicing and supplier administrationMYOB data entry and basic bookkeeping or willing to learnWhat we're looking forPrevious supervising experience in a customer-facing hospitality role, ideally within a café or restaurant setting.
