We are seeking an energetic, organised and outcome focussed Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our growing business.
This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, managing competing priorities and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You will play an important role in supporting our customers, processing sales orders and coordinating with our production, warehouse and delivery teams to help ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time.
The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of tasks while working collaboratively across the business.Key responsibilitiesAccurately enter and process customer sales orders in the company systemPrepare and organise delivery documentationMatch proof of delivery (POD) slips with sales orders and prepare documentation for invoicingEnsure completed sales are invoiced accurately and promptlyMaintain accurate digital records, customer information and filing systemsProcess customer payments when requiredProcess Cash Sales and POS paymentsRespond to customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely mannerAssist customers with product information,



order updates and general sales enquiriesLiaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and keep customers informedAbout youExceptional data entry accuracy and attention to detailStrong organisational and time management skillsThe ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsA proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learnStrong problem-solving skills and the initiative to follow tasks through to completionConfidence using computer systems and administrative softwareThe ability to work independently while contributing positively to a teamA professional and well-presented mannerPrevious experience in office administration, customer service, scheduling, order processing or office coordination will be highly regardedAbout usAustral Insulation is a proudly Australian-owned family business that has been operating since ****.
