Enjoy excellent penalty rates, regular overtime, local work, and a clear pathway to permanent employment with a outstanding team.DetailsBase Rate: $*****–$*****/hr depending on experiencePenalties: up to $*****/hr, plus regular overtimeHours: An average of 45 to 55 hours per week including regular Saturday overtime.Varied Workday: Break up your day with a mix of loader operations, batching plant management, and inventory duties.DutiesPlant Operations: Safely operate the concrete batching plant and managing batcher-in-charge operational duties.Machinery Operation: Safely drive and operate Front End Loaders to transfer and move raw materials.Site Care & Maintenance: Perform daily pre-start checks, complete yard housekeeping, and assist with site maintenance.Inventory & Admin: Conduct stocktakes, update basic computer logs, and manage rosters.Safety & Compliance:



Strictly follow site safety protocols, quality guidelines, and environmental standards.Skills & ExperienceValid C Class Driver's License, White Card, and Front End Loader ticket.Practical experience operating Front End Loaders and comfortable using basic computer systems.Ability to follow procedural workflows, adapt to process changes, and conduct equipment pre-starts.A proactive, safety-first mindset with solid organisational skills and a strong work ethic.Prior concrete batching experience, heavy transport maintenance, exposure to SAP software is a bonus.Eligibility & ClearancesPlease Note: Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency work rights and hold valid plant tickets.Valid C Class Driver's LicenseWhite CardFront End Loader ticket
