Mitchelton Experienced Dental Receptionists | Growing Centre Full Time | Mix of Weekday and Weekend ShiftsAbout the RolesOur Mitchelton centre is growing, and we're looking for experienced Dental Receptionists to join the team in a full time position!
This is a great opportunity to be part of something exciting: Join a centre on the move, with dentist hours increasing next month Be the welcoming face of the clinic and a key part of a supportive team Build your skills with exposure to dental assisting alongside your reception role Availability required: Full-time hours across a mix of weekday and weekend shifts Regular rotating weekends (not every weekend)What You'll Be DoingFront-of-house reception duties, including greeting patients, check-in and check-outPatient scheduling, phone enquiries and appointment coordinationProcessing payments, health fund claims and patient account queriesDelivering a warm, professional first impression for every patientSupporting the clinical team with DA duties when required, including preparing treatment rooms and sterilisationWorking collaboratively with dentists and the wider team to keep the clinic running smoothlyWhat We OfferFull-time stability and consistent employmentAbove award wages + penalty rates (where applicable)Training and support to build your dental assisting skillsOngoing training and development opportunitiesReward and recognition programsSupportive Centre Leader and team cultureCareer progression within a growing national dental networkAbout YouPrevious dental/medical reception experience essentialSome Dental Assistant knowledge or experience ideallyExcellent communication skills with a warm, confident, patient-focused mannerStrong organisation and time management skillsFlexible and adaptable,
